Polis Way was founded in 2010 in Forest Park, Georgia. After the devastating impact of the 2008 recession on the South Fulton community we knew there was something we had to do about it. Polis Way was founded with a straightforward mission: help people find work and help businesses find the people they need.
The founder of Polis Way had a background in accounting and sales, and took the leap into entrepreneurship, building the business from the ground up. What started as one man with a vision has grown into a nationwide staffing and HR company with over 50 employees. Sixteen years in, we're proud of how far we've come, but the heart of what we do hasn't changed. Polis Way is still driven by that same commitment to community, hard work, and getting people where they need to be.
